Before You Book

To ensure every client has a fair and smooth appointment experience, please review our salon policies below.

POLICY

Late Policy

  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm whether we still have enough time to complete your appointment.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you depending on our schedule.

  • However, if you are 15 minutes late without any contact, your appointment will be automatically canceled and recorded as a No Show.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, a $25 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

  • This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.


No Show Policy

  • 1st No Show: $25 deposit required for the next booking.

  • 2nd No Show: Full deposit equal to your booked lash service price.

  • 3rd No Show: Full deposit equal to your booked lash service price.

  • After 3 No Shows, we will no longer accept future appointments.


Online Booking Policy

  • If a client repeatedly fails to follow our cancellation, no show, or late policies twice in a row,

  • We may temporarily disable your online booking access.

  • You can still book via phone or text, and a deposit will be required following the same policy above.


Deposit Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Deposits will be applied toward your lash service balance on the day of your appointment.


Payment Instructions

  • For clients who have a pending deposit due to previous late, cancellation, or no show:

  • Please send the deposit via Zelle to our business number 626-899-8262 (Name: Lash Glow).

  • We will send a text reminder if a deposit is required.

  • There is a 2-hour window to complete your payment after booking;

  • if payment is not received within that time, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

  • If you need assistance rebooking, please call or text 626-899-8262.


  • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

  • A $2 card processing fee will apply to all card transactions.

  • Please note: Checks and Zelle will not be accepted for final payments at the studio.
