1. How long will my extensions last?

Eyelash extensions can last until the lashes naturally fall out, which is usually around 4-6 weeks and depending on how compatible they are with your skin’s PH.

2. What do I need to do before my appointment?

Please arrive with no makeup on or around the eye area. When removing makeup around the eyes, use a mild cleaner and avoid using moisturizers, sunscreen, and removers that have oil-based formulas. Lashes must be clean for the adhesive to bond properly.

3. Do I need make an appointment?

Yes, appointment are required as we cannot guarantee accommodation for walk - ins. Please schedule an appointment and honor your appointment time to avoid long waits and to ensure quality lash application.

4. Will extensions damage my natural lash?

Lash extensions not damage your natural lashes. Be careful not to rub or pull out your lashes, as this can damage your hair follicles.

5. My eyelash extensions were done at another salon. Can I still get them done?

Yes! We do refill lash extensions from other shops, as long as at least 30% of your current extensions remain. Pricing will match our 4-week refill rate and will vary based on lash material and fullness. Please note that our technician will assess your lashes in person and try to match the length and style, but we cannot guarantee an exact look due to different techniques and materials used by other shops. If this concerns you, we recommend booking one of our services below.

6. How often do I need to get my extensions filled?

To maintain your full look, please schedule a refill every 2-3 weeks, we will see how your lashes are lasting.
